Barbara lives in Rahway's ward 5 with her husband Dr. Arthur Santiago, they have twin eight-year-olds, dogs and hamsters for nine years. Dr. Santiago's family has been in Rahway for over 60 years. Barbara is the office manager for Dr. Santiago’s medical practice. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets. Barbara has been a volunteer with the Edison Rotary for over 20 year.
Barbara received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York and her medical degree from University of Medical Sciences in Poznan, Poland.
