Casey has been a resident of Rahway for more than 55 years and is married with two stepchildren. He is a retired
Executive Chef, having graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Poughkeepsie, New York.
In his career, Casey has worked as Chef Manager for the CEO of Midlantic Bank, managed sales in the North East
for a large food manufacturer, owned his own catering service serving many celebrities, and also worked as Chef
at several notable restaurants, and managed food services at Rahway Hospital.
In his career, Casey has volunteered for more than 15 years preparing the meals for annual events for the non-profits,
The New Jersey State Police Pipes and Drums of the Blue and Gold, and, the Police Unity Tour, both of which support
families of their fallen comrades.
Casey has also volunteered with Bob Markey, Master Gardener for the Rahway Garden Club, teaching children how to
cook and enjoy vegetables and peak their interest in gardening.
Casey has excellent leadership and management skills, and his career has made him an expert in money management,
employee organization and time management.
Casey is passionate about local and International Cuisine, Cooking Instruction, Bonsai Gardening and Cycling in the
US, Europe and South America.
